The power of a centralized CRM
How consolidating six disconnected communication tools into one CRM fixed a broken customer journey and turned transactional messages into a revenue line.
Read the case study →The tools you'll find in Products (supplier order standardization, product image generation, accounting dashboard) were born this way: they solve my own problem on faraone.shop first, then become a service I can build around your specific process, not a generic use case.
Standardizing orders and confirmations from suppliers in mixed formats (PDF, Excel, CSV) into a single template ready for your ERP.
Syncing catalog, price and stock across the systems you already use, with Make.com, Zapier or Shopify Flow, or a direct integration when you need more control.
Product images generated from a base photo, to reduce dependency on repeated photoshoots for every channel variant.
A single view of margin by channel, brand or campaign, built on the data sources you already have (billing, marketplaces, advertising) instead of separate reports from every platform.
I always start from the real process, not an existing tool to adapt: I find where your team's time is actually being lost, assess whether automating or replacing the tool is the right call, and build only what's needed, without adding complexity someone will later have to maintain. It's the same approach I use to manage marketplaces and advertising: the problem first, then the tool.
