The client was struggling with a fragmented digital presence across multiple websites. This structure diluted their domain authority, resulting in negligible organic traffic and very few monthly sales. The user experience was disjointed, and the sites were failing to convert visitors into customers.

The Solution I managed the entire digital transformation project, migrating the client’s ecosystem into a single, unified domain on Shopify. My role involved 360° project coordination, including:

  • Platform Migration: Moved all assets to Shopify for better scalability and management.

  • UX/UI Design: Redesigned the interface to focus on user journey and brand aesthetics.
